Moline severe duty sheeters offer industrial baking facilities more control, more productivity and more flexibility without taking up more floor space. The design of these sheeters accommodates a wide range of products from sweet goods to specialty breads and snack foods. Features include wide-roll sheeting which can accommodate lines from 24 - 60 inches wide, or high resolution worm gear roller adjustment that is easy to operate with rollers that can weigh over 1000 lbs. All sheeters incorporate the proven 10-inch diameter stainless steel roller design with roller scrapers for each one. The easy-to-use swing-arm touch screen operator interface contains a "cascade" control logarithm that simplifies product change-overs and automates what would otherwise be tedious adjustment procedures. Three sheeter styles are available: the dual sheeter (shown below), the traditional 2-roll sheeter and the satellite sheeter. Each offers tremendous flexibility and conserves on floor space compared to other sheeting line manufacturer's equipment.
